The world was told the Jacob Wetterling case was solved when the government produced a local pedophile, Danny Heinrich, who told law enforcement he kidnapped and murdered Jacob on October 22, 1989 and led investigators to where he said he buried Jacob's remains.

Warrants subsequently obtained by law enforcement revealed the Medical Examiner determined the bones and teeth found at the direction of Heinrich were not human. "Later examination by experts determined neither the bones or teeth were human," the Warrant said.

Julie Tremp, Toledo, Ohio, an independent researcher of the Jacob Wetterling case, spent several years working with Diane Muehlbauer and Larry Peart, Peart and Associates.

Tremp recently spoke with U.S. Attorney Julie Allyn regarding the Wetterling case and asked Attorney Allyn the one-hundred thousand dollar question. "I said Julie did you look at the warrant? Did you see that findings weren't human? Did you see anywhere on there 'human remains'?", Tremp told Write Into Action (Timothy Charles Holmseth).

Allyn went on to being named Attorney of the Year for her work on the Jacob Wetterling case.

Write Into Action has reached out to Attorney Allyn but received no reply before the time of this publishing.
