Never before heard audio reveals team members working for Crystal Sheffield's team were laughing that Putnam County Sheriff's Detective John Merchant told somebody he was going to find HaLeigh that day. The audio captures two members talking during a stakeout of Misty Croslin. One member mocks Detective Merchant's declaration he is about to find HaLeigh and the other laughs, saying Merchant is "too slow".

Newly discovered document in Minnesota may provide clue in HaLeigh Cummings disappearance

East Grand Forks, MN, November 2, 2011:

A court hearing in Roseau, Minnesota yesterday involved a screened-out child protection report aimed at HaLeigh Cummings book author, Timothy Charles Holmseth. The partially redacted complaint reveals somebody called Child Protective Services regarding Holmseth in May of 2009, only a few short days after he began interviews with HaLeigh’s family and legal team. The unidentified caller wanted CPS to intervene claiming Holmseth was “obsessed” with the case and appeared to be “trying to solve something”. Holmseth began telephone interviews on May 15 and the report was made on May 26. Holmseth told the Judge in open court at Tuesday’s hearing what he was told about HaLeigh in May of 2009. He was told HaLeigh Cummings was alive and several professionals were involved. Holmseth believes the person that made the false report against him could be associated with those who were moving the child from location to location. Recordings Holmseth obtained in April of 2011 contains the voice of a legal team member laughing that PCSO Detective John Merchant was not going to catch up with Haleigh because he was “too slow”.

Subpoena battle in Broward County Courts raises questions about HaLeigh Cummings case

October 29, 2011 by Timothy Charles HolmsethA battle has ensued in the Broward County Courts regarding a subpoena that was issued to Twitter, Inc. requesting hundreds of anonymous online messages directed at professionals involved in the HaLeigh Cummings case. The subpoena was issued by Attorney Doug Roberts of Stearns, Roberts, & Guttentag. Roberts is representing William Staubs, a.k.a. Cobra, the private investigator that once worked for the grandfather of HaLeigh Cummings. The subpoena is being challenged by Attorney David Di Pietro. In a Motion to Quash, Attorney Di Pietro says the subpoena did not comply with the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure. The Twitter accounts are anonymous and do not bear the legal name of any identifiable person, which is why a subpoena is necessary. The court documents filed by Attorney Di Pietro do not state why he is seeking to quash anonymous Twitters, or, if he is representing anyone associated with authoring the Twitters. The messages often target a select few persons involved in the HaLeigh Cummings case. Many of the messages published on the Twitter accounts are vile and sexually vulgar.One Twitter account under the name Reddios has published information about people and used their legal names. It is linked to a website that anonymously publishes content about the HaLeigh Cummings case. The author of Reddios has published countless messages in regards to Staubs. One of the messages is violent and asks Staubs if he wants to get “f---ked up.” The website associated with Reddios has published extremely vulgar content and photos. One photo depicts a man sitting at a computer with his pants down as if masturbating. The photo bears a title that names Timothy Charles Holmseth. He is the author of a book entitled “In Re: Haleigh Cummings (the shocking truth revealed)”. Other Twitter accounts entitled CobraSucks and CobraBusted speak directly to Staubs and confront him about matters involving the HaLeigh Cummings case. “Word on the street is Marie Griffis has retained a lawyer for Crystal Sheffield and they are coming after Cobra,” one message said.  One of the accounts being subpoenaed is called HolmsethSucks and continuously attacks the author.  The author of the CobraSucks account appears to be threatening the physical well being of Holmseth. “Oh you got tons of people waiting for you to step foot in Palatka … Come on down Timmy! **evil snicker**” One account made vile sexual comments about Holmseth’s small children. Recent messages made announcements regarding the activities of the Florida Attorney General. “Florida Attorney General is looking into criminal charges of conspiracy and accomplice liability of felony aggravated cyber stalking,” the author said. William Staubs said he believes he knows the identity of the author of the accounts. Attorney Di Pietro has not stated what his interest is in the anonymous Twitter accounts or why he felt compelled to file a Motion to Quash.

Interviews Timothy Charles Holmseth conducted in May of 2009 reveal a Ft. Lauderdale man, Michael Picazio, claimed to finance a search operation for the missing child HaLeigh Cummings. A careful review of the timeline indicates he had no connection to the missing child or her family at the time he was developing a "game plan". Any contract for services that connected Michael Picazio to Crystal Sheffield was not in place at the time he says he began his financial planning. In another interview clip released by the Author, Michael Picazio discusses a man claiming he had a gun shoved in his mouth during the search for HaLeigh Cummings. The audio has been given to Minnesota law enforcement.

East Grand Forks, MN; October 28, 2011:

An anonymous caller has repeatedly telephoned Timothy Holmseth using an electronic voice changer to impersonate others. In once instance, the caller claimed to be Marlaina Schiavo, producer, Nancy Grace Show. The caller attempted to schedule the Author on the program and said Grace wanted a "face off" with him because she was upset about the content of his website. In another, the caller claims to be an agent of the Law Office of Jose Baez, attorney, Casey Anthony. In another, the anonymous caller claimed to be Flo Hollars, grandmother, Misty Croslin. The caller told Holmseth she got off the phone with the police and said he is going to indicted. In another, the caller makes a false statment on behalf of Florida Attorney Doug Roberts. Attorney Roberts represents both William 'Cobra' Staubs and Rev. Richard Grund. Many of the calls Holmseth receives involve a Bar complaint he filed at the direction of the Florida Attorney General.

A shocking discovery was made yesterday in Minnesota that is directly related to the missing child, HaLeigh Cummings. A never before seen document has been discovered and the content reveals who law enforcement needs to be questioning regarding the missing child. The document will be revealed on November 1, 2011 at 10 a.m. at the Roseau County Courthouse, Roseau, Minnesota.

"I eye-witnessed Michael Picazio remove a Mini 14 Carbine Assault Rifle from its hidden location in his home. He kept it hidden because he is a convicted felon and is not supposed to possess a firearm. He told me he is going to kill Timothy Holmseth or have somebody do it for him.
