Threatening callers claim to represent “Donald J. Trump”

Timothy Charles Holmseth March 29, 2016 Judge Donovan Frank Honorable Frank, I am contacting the honorable court to:
The office of the Governor of the State of Florida and other government officials are violating state and federal laws. State of Florida is violating laws to deprive me of my constitutional right to Speech and Press, which are protected under the First Amendment. The Court file contains videos published on You Tube warning me and my daughter to remove all my websites or suffer the consequences, which included mention of my unborn (at the time) grandchild being taken. In addition to the years of threats, which include death threats, I am now receiving telephone calls from a person talking into a voice-changer who is warning me to remove all my websites from publication or very bad things will happen to me. The threatening calls came from State of Florida. The aforementioned telephone calls have been recorded and I have photos of the telephone receiver that show the telephone calls are coming Florida Governor Rick Scott’s office and Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi’s office (and others). The following is a list of some of the calls I have received. March 10, 2016 – 850.488,7146 (State of Florida) In one call the person told me to remove all my websites or I will be “exposed as a pedophile”. I am FACTUALLY NOT a pedophile. The anonymous caller today spoke of “Donald J. Trump” and “Pam Bondi” and told me to take down my websites or “face consequences”. I can submit the audios to the Court upon request. The purposes of the calls are to force remove from publication, via extortion, public documents and information regarding secret naked photographs of the missing child HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings. Note: The Federal Bureau of Investigation is presently seeking information from the public about the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings. The violators are interfering with legitimate reporting on the election of the United States Presidency. Very respectfully submitted,
