Lawsuit filed in Palm Beach County re-ignites HaLeigh Cummings case

by Timothy Charles Holmseth

A law-suit filed in Palm Beach County, Florida is set to thrust the mysterious disappearance of HaLeigh Cummings back into the public discussion.

The court action has ignited the fuse on never before seen evidence (the possessor of which shall remain anonymous).

On March 18, 2013, Douglas J. Roberts, Esq., a partner at Stearns, Roberts, Guttentag, and Zelmer issued a Summons to Cyril Parish, Continental Heritage Insurance Company, advising the bail bond executive he is being sued by William Eugene Staubs.

View Court Document

Staubs, owner of Case Closed, Inc., and Lightning Strike Force, Inc., is a licensed private investigator and bail bondsman in Florida - sometimes known as ‘Cobra the Bounty Hunter’ in the media.

Staubs’ lawsuit alleges Parish breached his fiduciary duties to Staubs, after he (Staubs) revoked the bond of a Satsuma man, Daniel Everett Snodgrass, in March of 2009.

The allegations further contend Parish provided damning and untrue statements to law enforcement against Staubs, which ultimately resulted in probable cause for Staubs to be arrested by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) for felony false imprisonment.

Staubs further alleges Parish deliberately ‘entrapped’ him.

However –

Never before seen evidence proves Parish and Continental Heritage would have likely had no legal obligation whatsoever to support Staubs’ actions on March 20, 2009. In fact – Parish may have tactfully avoided implicating himself in a felony that involves a missing child.

The sensitive documents expose the multiple legal corporate entities (cor-plex), which had professionally assembled with Case Closed, Inc. and Lighting Strike Force, Inc., in 2009 to exploit the disappearance of HaLeigh Cummings.

The documents widen the legal scope of scrutiny, to previously un-named corporate entities, cooperating interstate, to advance and protect criminal activity and/or avoid prosecution.

The common denominator to all memebrs of the Cor-Plex is strategic adverse action to be taken against Daniel Everett Snodgrass.

The actions of Parish reveal the Executive wanted no association with the activities of the Cor-Plex.
